Four ways to read a gel.
Elastic response.
G′, the storage modulus, describes the elastic component of a gel's response under specified test conditions. Values from different tests cannot be compared meaningfully without considering the measurement conditions. A high G-prime value does not necessarily mean high lifting capacity.
